Dr. Kleinberg has extensive experience successfully treating extremity problems that may or may not be related to spinal problems. Some of these conditions can be fully rehabilitated, such as ankle sprains and tendonitis. Other conditions are more chronic in nature, like arthritis. In such cases Dr. Kleinberg talks about pain management, not cure. With chronic recurrent pain conditions, the goal in care is to keep a patient pain-free while educating him or her on proper lifestyle techniques to help cope with the condition.
