Dr. Brian Kleinberg is the director of a successful multidisciplinary wellness practice in Toronto that he founded in 1982. Located at 390 Steeles Avenue West in Thornhill, Ontario, the clinic is called Thornhill Health and Wellness.

Dr. Deborah Mechanic graduated as a chiropractor from CMCC in Toronto in May 2017. Dr. Mechanic joined Dr. Kleinberg’s practice as a chiropractic associate in 2021. Dr. Mechanic brings a wealth of techniques and services to Dr. Kleinberg’s office including:

Dr. Kiana Ragagnin graduated from CMCC in 2023 and joined Dr. Kleinberg’s practice in February of 2024.

Dr. Ragagnin specializes in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on those prevalent among the aging population, such as arthritis, back pain, and spinal stenosis.

Her approach is comprehensive, utilizing tailored techniques including soft tissue therapy, manipulation, mobilization, and acupuncture. Dr. Ragagnin focuses on patient empowerment through education and personalized rehabilitation exercises and she aims for long-lasting results and enhanced quality of life for all her patients.

Outside clinical practice, Dr. Ragagnin is pursuing further education in Chiropractic Clinical Sciences and contributes to teaching and research at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, particularly focusing on aging adults with back pain and osteoarthritis.

With a background in competitive dance, Dr. Ragagnin brings a unique understanding of movement and body mechanics to her practice, enhancing her ability to address diverse patient needs with empathy and expertise.
